I went to Michaels today to grab a donut pan (I know I’m way late to the game), and whipped up a batch of homemade baked donuts! They came out SO good and have the perfect chewy texture that I love!! With the donuts only taking 10 minutes to bake, you’ll be in and out of the kitchen in no time. I hope you LOVE this recipe!
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
1/4 cup almond milk
1 1/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill GF All Purpose Flour
1 TBSP. Cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 TBSP. coconut sugar
(Optional drizzle of Coconut butter)
Preheat oven to 350F and spray a donut pan. Whisk together the wet ingredients (mashed bananas and almond milk) in a small bowl and stir together the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk to until well combined (helps smooth out the chunks.) Once combined, pour into donut pan and bake for 10 minutes! Enjoy!!
