I am an identical twin with my sister, Maddie, and we both share a passion for staying active and eating balanced while in college. I have always been pretty active, as I played soccer throughout middle and high school. Now in college, I aim towards working out 5-6 days a week with a rest day on Sunday. I am currently not doing a specific workout guide, but am instead doing a variety of different workouts in my school gym. Asides from working out and eating balanced, I love hanging out with my friends and family!
My initial goal for my Instagram account (@hannahharvestinghealth) was to mainly help keep me accountable in posting my meals so that I would have the right mindset in leaning towards a healthier eating lifestyle. This quickly lead to so much more than accountability and I was able to connect with so many people who have the same passion that I do. I have learned more of how to live a balanced eating lifestyle, which I aim to go by “80% healthy eating with 20% treats.” Not only have I loved keeping myself accountable, but I have loved being able to guide other people towards this lifestyle, which makes it all worth it! So on this blog, I hope to share how I harvest not only my physical health, but also my spiritual health and mental health. Sharing this with all of you is such a blessing and I’m excited to not only share my health with you, but also learn how YOU harvest your health!
