I was searching my pantry yesterday for ingredients to make some simple energy bites and saw that I had some trail mix left, so these super tasty trail mix energy bites were created– and with only two items!! Simple, but so much flavor from the trail mix!
2 cups @powerupsnacks omega trail mix
1/2 cup nut butter ( I used 1/4 cup @georgiagrinders cashew butter and 1/4 cup @sunbutter )
I just combined those two in a food processor, rolled dough into little balls, and stuck them in the fridge. Enjoy!
