Normally I the kind of person that adds a good amount of ingredients to a smoothie, but I didn’t have much at my parents house so I settled for 5 ingredients. The combo actually turned out amazing so I am sharing the recipe! Enjoy!
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup flax milk
carb master peach yogurt
and topped with @erinbakers pumpkin flax granola 🙂
