1/2 cup @bobsredmill GF flour
1-2 TBSP. cinnamon
1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. flax milk (you can use any milk)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Apple purée (Cut up about 1/4 of an apple, throw into blender with a little water, and blend until just little chunks & liquid is left.)
Stir together the dry ingredients in one bowl and in another bowl whisk the egg and milk. Stir everything together and then add in the apple purée! Enjoy!!
